我需要支付什么费用？

4.1 拟写遗嘱费用
拟写遗嘱费用每份收费 RM380 （似条款而定，并非产业价值而定）

4.2 如果你选择RHB Trustees Bhd的附加服务，收费如下：

如果你选择RHB Trustees Bhd为执行人(Executor), 那么委任RHB Trustees Bhd为执行人的附加费用是RM100.
如果你选择RHB Trustees Bhd保管正本遗嘱，保管费用是每年RM80 / 终身RM800.
遗产管理费用： 首个”动产“的RM5,000,000 : 1.0% ，首个”不动产“的RM5,000,000 : 0.5%

如果你选择RHB Trustees Bhd为执行人，正本遗嘱必须交由RHB Trustees Bhd保管，费用将会是 RM100 + RM800.
最低遗产管理费是 RM5,000 p.a.拟定遗嘱时不需要支付这款项. 当执行人执行遗嘱内容时才需要支付这笔费用. 这费用通常是在您的遗产里扣除.

如果你只是希望RHB Trustees Bhd保管你已经拟定好了的遗嘱正本，费用将会是每年RM100 / 终身RM1000.

What are the fees and charges I have to pay?

4.1 Will-writing Fee
The Will-writing Fee is RM380

4.2 If you choose to appoint RHB Trustees Bhd for Additional Services

If you wish to appoint RHB Trustees Bhd to be your Executor, the following additional fees are payable to RHB Trustees Bhd:-
 
Appointment of RHB Trustees Bhd as Executor RM 100 
Custody Fee for Safekeeping of Will RM80 per annum or RM800 per life time. 

Estate Administration Fee For the 1st RM5mil: 1.0% of the gross movable asset value p.a. Thereafter: 0.5 % of the gross immovable asset value p.a. 

If RHB Trustees Bhd is appointed as the Executor, it is compulsory for you to have the Will kept with RHB Trustees Bhd. As such, the RM100 shall be incurred together with the RM80 per annum or RM800 per lifetime.
 
The minimum amount of the Estate Administration Fee is RM5,000 p.a. It is not paid on signing up. It will be paid when the Executor commences its duty to administer your estate upon death. It is usually paid out from your estate.

If you wish to appoint RHB Trustees Bhd to be the Custodian of your Will only,  the following additional fees are payable to RHB Trustees Bhd Custody Fee for Safekeeping of Will RM100 per annum or RM800 per life time.
